Upper and Lower All-On-4 case in Zirconia! This patient was missing 7 and 10, and had many teeth with Class V decay, making restoration difficult. She opted to have the upper and lower arches done as full-arch hybrid restorations, and this is the final result! WOW! We love seeing smiles like this!
