Delayed Immediate Implants

Often we do immediate implants immediately – the same time that the tooth comes out. Sometimes we do them slightly delayed – and this was one of those cases. The patient had a water-sports accident and lost these front teeth. We waited weeks for the soft tissue to heal, then placed guided implants and used CEREC to mill immediate load implant crowns on them. Thanks to her anterior open bite, we are confident we will not over load them with a compliant patient!
