Front Tooth – Veneers, Crowns and Implants!
This patient (and his dog!) came to us with a missing front tooth and asked about getting an implant. We quickly did an analysis of the space and location of his teeth, and realized that with his anterior open bite, the teeth shifted due to the missing front tooth.
We opted to place a single @BioHorizons implant in that space, and grated with Ossix Volumax and particulate bone to bulk out the ridge around the implant.
We whitened his teeth while we waited for integration and then prepped the existing teeth for minimal-prep veneers to improve their shape in the arch. He did not want to undergo crown-lengthening to make the laterals match.
What we got was a beautiful, new smile. Our staff and the patient’s dog, Chanel, agree!
