Immediate Anterior Implant

The best thing we can do for soft tissue is not to touch it! Sometimes, the hard tissue does not agree and we can’t do an immediate implant. Thankfully in this case, we were able to! Patient presented with a lost crown on #10, so we placed an implant, scanned the ScanPost and made an eMax temporary crown for #10 using CEREC. After 3 months left to integrate, we put a permanent crown on the tooth, and put it back into function. This picture with the scan body is one of my favorites, showing how happy the tissue can be if we never disrupt it! Tooth came out, new tooth went in the same day!
