This patient had quite a journey getting to this point! There was pretty significant infection in the root tips on the upper arch, but thankfully we were able to get 6 implants placed on surgery day.

He wore temporaries while we established the bite, and then moved forward with Zirconia final restorations. By only focusing on one arch, we had some limitations as to where the upper teeth could go to maximize the function and esthetics, but the final tooth position turned out great.
