'Mommy Makeover' - Upper Hybrid

This lovely patient came in to see us with some broken upper teeth and in need of what she said was her ‘mommy makeover’! After having put her kids first, she was ready to do something for herself!

We discussed her options and ended up settling on an upper All-On-4 for her treatment. Using Digital Smile Design, we planned out what we wanted her final teeth to look like, and got her in for surgery! We quickly got her smiling again in her temporaries, but wanted to make some esthetic changes going into her finals prosthetics.

Her patience paid off and look at her results now! We love her new smile and she does too! We opted for a rounded tooth shape (because we thought it fit her face), natural looking gums, and an ‘enhancement’ shade of what her teeth would look like with lots of tooth whitening!
