Upper All-On-X Hybrid

WOW! Love how this smile turned out! This patient was an adamant Georgia fan and not being impressed that I went to Georgia Tech, wore her UGA gear to almost every visit!

Due to her medical conditions, she suffered from chronic dry mouth. She had lots of dentistry done over the years and watched it all re-decay and fail. After losing her posterior teeth, she started to notice the shifting of her front upper teeth and was concerned.

Thankfully, implants can help! We placed 4 implants and delivered beautiful temporary teeth. She previously had implants placed on the upper right and on the lower jaw for back teeth. We were able to use one of the uppers, but the other had to be taken out due to it being in the wrong spot, to make room for the prosthetics.

After 3 months, we refined her bite, esthetics, and did our best to make the teeth look natural and match her bottom teeth. All smiles on “tooth day” as we say, and we were so happy with the results!
