Upper Smile Makeover

This awesome patient came to us needing an implant on #14, after having had some serious dental anxiety in the past. We used oral sedation to make her more comfortable, and she was over the moon at the difference in the dental experience!

When we looked at her other teeth, we realized RCT’s and crowns were needed on the front teeth due to decay. We also wanted to change the relationship of the teeth to correct the midline and cant.

We put her to sleep again, prepped out all the cavities, and got to work on the crowns. She left in temporaries while we worked on the ceramics. One week later, we removed the temps and seated her beautiful crowns!

These are all Katana One Zirconia with CZR stain/glaze for a natural look. Esthetic, strong, and highly functional to keep her bite stable long term!
