Beautiful Upper Implants

We are circling back to a case we showed the temporaries for earlier (here is the temporary stage if you missed it). The patient had one of the hardest arches for us to work around due to the infection that was taking out most of the bone I wanted to use! Thankfully with the help of some ptergoid implants, we were able to load this the same day. My colleague, Dr. Bishop, did root canals and crowns on the lower arch to get that stable, so we could focus on getting the upper final zirconia hybrid delivered!

What a difference! From a smile that was good, to a smile that is absolutely incredible!

We love the ceramics on the upper, made by @SynrgLab, and we could not be happier with the outcome! Working with a skilled lab helps these cases have such impressive outcomes. Proper control over the bite is key, and our 3D printed ceramic temporaries keep the implants stable during healing. 

Not every implant dentist is the same, just like not every case is the same! We were able to use inspiration from his tooth shape from the ‘before’ and use that to design his final smile.
