Bridges to Implants – All on 6

What a cool case! This patient came back with a new hat and everyone at the office thought he came straight out of the show Yellowstone… but I digress!

Patient presented for an implant consultation with a bridge that recently broke off! He was about to retire, and couldn’t bear the idea of spending his last few months of work talking to clients with his teeth missing! We couldn’t agree more… yikes! Bridges (especially long span bridges) can be difficult to work around when they fail. Thankfully for the patient, implants were quick to the rescue!

We were able to work him up for an upper All-On-X (All-On-6 in this case) hybrid, and 3D print out his temporary teeth in about a week after his consult! Six @BioHorizons Tapered Pro implants were placed with excellent stability when the existing teeth (and roots) were removed. He went back to work with a full set of teeth!

3 months later, we did our verification jigs, adjusted his bite just a little bit, and had his final prosthetic made.

His prosthetic is an ‘esthetic’ or Titanium hybrid, with individual zirconia teeth made by @SynrgLab and we could not be happier with the shade, bite, function, and outcome!
