Complete Upper Denture over Lower Hybrid

This lovely patient and her dog came to us for a second opinion on her lower arch. She was wearing an existing denture that was badly worn down, but she didn’t dislike it. Many patients feel this way about upper dentures, so we just remade her upper denture after finishing her mandibular arch. After determining that none of the lower teeth could be saved, we opted to go with an immediate load ‘All-On-X’ hybrid with 6 BioHorizons implants. Her final prosthetic is monolithic Zirconia, her upper is a CAD-CAM milled PMMA denture!
