Full Arch Implants

This patient presented to us to replace 3 of his missing front teeth, after having a previous block graft done from his mandible years earlier and missing #5. After originally planning, and even printing surgical guides for those implants, he changed his mind on which direction he wanted to go with his treatment, and decided a full arch solution made more since for his lifestyle. We made him aware of all of the options, pros and cons of implant bridges vs hybrids (All-On-4’s), and let him make his decision. In this case, the failing posterior crowns really helped make his decision, and treatment time was significantly shortened by doing a full-arch implant solution.

After healing for 3 months, we brought him back and asked what he wanted to change from the temporaries before moving on to his final Zirconia prosthetics. He said ‘just make it look nice’ — so we did our best! Take a look at the final Zirconia prosthetics below.
