Single Implant

This case was complex and took about 12 months to complete. The tooth was lost and no bone was present. GBR or guided bone regeneration was performed, which healed for about 6 months. Then an implant was placed and a custom healing abutment was made to train the tissue to look like the tooth was always there. Finally, a crown was fabricated to restore the tooth. I was so impressed with the results! What’s most fun about this case is that all the restorations and parts were made in-house using CEREC!
