They are Perfect!

This awesome patient has spent her life taking care others, but finally was ready to get taken care of herself!

We needed to give her more teeth than she came in with – especially on the bottom. We didnt have any bone to do single implants, but thanks to the miracles of full arch, we could make that a reality for her!

We designed this case with guides, to make sure we kept the bite correct. We did open her deep bite, to remove her pathway wear. We designed the case with ITX Pros, who made an amazing job with ANATOMX guide which screws into the bone to keep things aligned!

We placed 6 implants on the top and 5 on the bottom under deep IV sedation with our MD anesthesia team (shoutout to Dr. Plavin and Dr. Taylor!). We took scans with our CEREC PrimeScan and then got to work with the designs. We 3D printed her temporary teeth using our CONNX workflow, and she woke up with brand new teeth!

She healed for 3 months, and then we took our final scans, again using CONNX, and made sure her bite was prefect.

We seated these stunning Katana Zirconia YML restorations, and she LOVED THEM!
